Daren,

Thanks for your kind words, I do have a lot of time in this.

I thought I would show some more details so here is the foundation and subfloors.

The walls were created as solids then windows and doors added. The exterior walls were converted to surfaces for rendering. I am now thinking about framing the exterior walls to show the construction details. I want to combine this project with learning about and applying advanced framing techniques (OVE). I have only used platform framing in the past and seeing how much lumber that can saved between the two techniques might be interesting.
