The propeller is 13.2” diameter, a 4” hub and a pitch of 19. Start with a front view and draw two circles one 13.2” and 4”. Draw a line from the center along the Y-axis 4” long this represents the hub length. Select the “Helix Path” tool, set the pitch to 19 and diameter to 13.2”, click on the hub length line for the path and repeat using a diameter of 4” for the second helix. The blade has a taper to it so I built a trapezoid 0.25 at the bottom and 0.125 at the tip. Screenshot 3 shows this, also note the trapezoid is evenly split across both sides of the helix ends to keep the blade centered. Select the “Two Rail Sweep Solid” tool, select the trapezoid as the enclosed curves and the helixes as path one and two. You should see something like the sweep in screenshot 1.
Switch to a front view and draw using an “Interpolate Spline” an outline of the blade as seen looking at it straight on. Use an arc to close the ends of the spline or cut the circle where the spline ends intersect. Note the spline and arc must be planar, in this case on the Y-axis or it won’t extrude.
Switch to an isometric view and extrude the spline and arc using the “Extrude Solid” tool, vector mode. Use the ends of the hub length line for the two points of the vector. This should look like screenshot 2. Select the “Intersect Solid” tool, click on each solid leaving the intersect of the two parts, screenshot 3. Switch to a front view and use “Polar Duplicate” tool to generate the other two blades.
