Hi, my TurboCAD® Mac Deluxe 2D/3D v10 on my 15" MacBook Pro Retina with macOS High Sierra won't start up, it only crash. Anyone know about this problem, if so will it be a fix soon?

Thanks

The bug is known about and a fix is being worked on. Don't have any word on when the fix will be released.

Will this fix also available for v9 or only v10?

V9 is no longer under development so I would guess an update is unlikely.

I tested TurboCad Mac Pro on a Mac mini (2012). Illu CS 6, Indesign CS 6 and all other programs runs, only TurboCad Mac Pro 10 not :-). I wait for the patch ...

What’s the status on this?  Cmon guys, the High Sierra beta was out for months.  You had ample time to make certain your products were compatible.

OSX High Sierra did a graphics update. Looking at my error log this looks to be the culprit. This could take some work on the part of the TC programmers. Given that TC for MAC is the lesser of the sales programs I don't expect a quick turn on this one. Regardless, I have forwarded my error log to IMSI and called them as well. Meanwhile, I will need to revert back to pre-High Sierra so I can use the program again. No big deal, that's what back-ups are for.

I just got off the phone with IMSI Tech Support. They are hoping to have the patch out today (10-6-2017) or early next week. This issue impacts TC for MAC back to at least version 8. Let's all keep our fingers crossed. ;)

I've been unable to use TurboCad for weeks now, it is so irresponsible for them to have not been ready for this new OS. BTW, I've switched to Draftsight - it is a better program, and free. I'll never buy another TurboCad product again.

The patch has been released and I have had success with it so far. Go to the patch section and download the version for your TBMac install.
Nice work IMSI programmers and thanks for the quick turn around.

No new patches in the 'Patches and Updates" section - where should I be looking?

My bad, I thought I saw build 1354 on the site. I was sent a link for my TCMac V10 by their tech support. Give them a call. They are very nice and very helpful. I did some more testing last night with my more complex models and everything works like normal. I do notice better looking graphics, a nice adder. Things look higher contrast and more clear. That's more of the OSX change that screwed up TC in the first place.
