Arc is not part of circle

I have found that a 45 degree arc is actually six 7.5 degrees cords.  Is there a way to either make the arc a true circle segment or control the number of cords so it better approximates a circle?  Using TurboCAD Mac Deluxe 10.0.5 build 1359.

Circles and arcs use polylines to represent them. To smooth them out increase the resolution. To set the global resolution for your 2D geometry, go to Preferences -> Display and set curves to a higher resolution. To set one or more curves to a non-default resolution, hold the Shift key and select all the curves to be changed then right-click on one of the curves and in the popup menu set the desired resolution. To change one curve just right-click on it.

Simple when you what to do.

I was very fine and changed it to super fine.  That changed cord from 7.5 degrees to 4.5 degrees and it was enough to meet my needs.

Thanks.

If you want a higher resolution go Preferences and set your own custom resolution.
