Here's a one piece wrap around windshield I drew for a model airplane on TCmacv4. The manual says I can skin this with a ruled surface and unroll it to 2d but neglects to show me how to do it. PLEASE HELP

OK T I tried 7 times to make a movie of this, but it keeps crashing. first of all, TC mac doesn't have a 'flattening' program. here's a sequence.
1) verify curve length, draw a centerline and points at ends.
2) 3 point rotate the bezier to z zero and show only bezier and new points.
3) 'boxing' the endpoint of bezier, stretch to new points
rotate all sides to z plane and rotate to line up. here's the results

I didn't mention that I have TCmacV4"deluxe". Don't know if that makes a difference. Anyway it looks like something that I must learn to do. Do you give lessons or recommend a really good step by step tutorial to buy? Heres my first 3D project with no previous drafting experience of any kind.
Thanks for your time.

Your very Welcome fellas! And Thanks you Michael!. Now, I will mention one small detail that one of the guys from RC Groups mentioned, which I paid no attention to, until it was pointed out- Is there any Mistakes within the "DXF"? there are extra points for the correct answer! Grin

I solved this problem by downloading Google SKETHCUP. There's a unfold plugin available thats easy to use though it was a bit tricky to get the plugin in to work on Mac. My son showed me how to do it. A plus is tons of good and easy to understand tutorials on You Tube. Good Bye TC!!
